Objectives

  • To develop a spectral imaging workflow for acquiring HSI information in non-flat objects.
  • To develop strategies for control the illumination geometry, positioning of reference targets, calibration and correction mechanism to handle irregular objects.
  • To develop algorithms for co-register HSI cubes to a 3D model to analyse and visualise spectra in true object space and prepare for HDT.

Goals

  • Standardised workflow for spectral image acquisition of non-flat objects.
  • Algorithms to perform HSI classification and unmixing of materials in non-flat objects.
  • Modified spectral data with the correction factors for documenting non flat CH objects.
